Prepare an enquiryDefine these four areas first.
Operating conditions
Medium and composition, design and operating pressure, temperature limits, flow and operating differential.
Valve configuration
Family, nominal size, body and trim materials, seats, seals, end connections and installation dimensions.
Operation & control
Manual or automated operation, air or power supply, control signal, fail position, cycling and accessories.
Project deliverables
Quantity, required timing, project specifications, drawings, inspection, witnessing and delivery records.

Selection questions
What information is needed for an enquiry?
Start with the valve family, size, medium, pressure, temperature and quantity. Include an existing data sheet or drawing where available; unresolved items can be reviewed together.
How are materials and actuation selected?
State body, trim, seat and operating requirements. Available options depend on the selected product and should be confirmed against the service conditions.
Can I enquire without a complete model number?
Yes. Select the closest family and describe the duty and known conditions, or choose “Not yet selected” in the enquiry form.
Which documents should be agreed before quotation?
Agree the data sheet, connection and outline drawings, inspection requirements and delivery document list. The technical agreement defines the final scope.
